Agreement

By using this site or purchasing a Brackley package, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Packages and payment

Packages listed on our Packages page are billed via Stripe. Discovery Sprints and Launch deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Retainer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

Deliverables and IP

Work product created inside a paid engagement is licensed to the client on payment of all fees. Underlying methodology, templates and know-how remain Brackley's.

Confidentiality

We treat everything a founder shares with us as confidential. NDAs are standard on request.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brackley's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Brackley Holding LLC is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved there.
