A working prototype on your real data with an initial evaluation set. Output: a go / no-go decision backed by evidence, not opinion.

Build · 6–12 weeks
Two-week sprints with a live demo every week. Production architecture, integrations, security review, design system and documentation.

Launch & operate · ongoing
Staged rollout, monitoring, user training and a monthly improvement cycle: model upgrades, new use cases and cost optimisation.
